Locked up stage reached! We got Doors, stairs n more!

Went to the site the other day and was surprised we couldn't get in. Oh we got our front door!

We have reached the locked up stage - requested SM to let us have a look inside today:

+Kitchen bench & Pantry are in! Looks fantastic! 

+ Vanities are in 

+ Staircase is in! 

+ Most of the doors are in!

+ Cladding and eves are in and getting painted!

+ bathroom waterproofing are in!

Brickworks, walls and floors

Quick Update


Most of the brickworks and Gyrocking / floors has been done.

Waiting for the cladding to arrive.

SM told us the stairs should be installed this week - can't wait!

Roof Up! & Merry Xmas!

Roof is up just in time before the Xmas break.  Good thing too as the storms are coming hard and fast these days!.  Lower roof will be up tomorrow according  to SM.

Won't be any updates until after NY (mid Jan) before subbies comes back in to continue the work 

Upper floor Frame up

Firs floor frame is up . Looks like most of the framing will be done by end of the week ;)

First Floor frame is up

Drove past after work today and discovered the first floor frame is up!

Slab poured!

The slab seems to be nice and flat. There's a bit of spill on the driveway area but they promised to  remove it so that's cool.  We have also received words from our Site Manager that the roof should be up before the Xmas break. So far so good!

Site Cut!

And we have Lift Off!  Site has been cut/filled and the pipes are in!
