Construction Stage Begins!

Wohoo! Just received words from our Builder has informed us the construction stage has official started & they have assigned a SM, organised the work & materials ! Here we go!!

Final Design - No more changes

After 9 PCVs (Post Contract Variations). We have decided we better finish so we can start building! (I think our builder's running out of patience!)

+ Added Extra Laundry point to back of Garage
+ Added 4th toilet near to Living
+ Upgraded to Sapphire inclusions
+ Upgraded to Colourbond Roof with Anticon Blanket
+ Extra Sounds Batts on subfloor and walls
+ Extra TV points, lights points
+ Porcelain tiles to most of ground floor, floating timber to upstairs.
..forgot the rest. but boy did we blow the initial $$$ right up!
